Tracking your reward status is as simple as entering your Reward Tracking Number, CenturyLink Account Number or your Last Name and Zip Code.


Your Reward Tracking Number can be found in the confirmation email that was sent to you when you
redeemed for your reward.

- Your 9-digit billing account number as found on your CenturyLink bill. (show me)

- Your 13-digit billing account number is your 10-digit billing telephone or account number followed
